  • Any road cutting charges for the connection of Electricity and Sewage lines is not included, such works shall be charged additionally
  • Filters for grey water & rain water tanks are not included
  • Specifications mentioned in the proposal shall be in co-relation to the floor plan finalized. Reduction of specification, if unavailable on the floor plan shall not account for reduction of prices.

  • If there are constraints in executing the work and additional workmanship due to unavailability of material, the additional charges for the same shall be charged on actuals
  • If there is any reduction or increase in the area on site during execution, then the same shall be calculated and adjusted/charged on pro-rata basis accordingly
  • A specific area to construct labour shed needs to be provided by the client which is within 50 feet from the construction place
  • Hard rock or soft rock excavation, if it arises shall be charged for accordingly
  • Any work not mentioned within this package or outside the site boundary (such as entry ramp, drainage works, sewage connection to Manhole, road cutting for electrical & sewage connections, etc.) shall be charged for accordingly
  • Any work below the plinth of the building such as SSM/Blockwork, if required shall be charged for additionally
  • Delay in execution of work due to intervention or any sort of delay attributable to the Client, the notional cost for the same shall be charged
  • One point of electricity & water needs to be provided by the client free of cost to facilitate construction
  • Deviations shall be paid on the price inclusive of them.
